Mortgage Worries

Hi Guys,
I have been searching through the forum however cant seem to find an answer on this one, so apologies if this has been answered previously.
However myself and my partner will soon be putting a bid in on a flat. We have a decision in princeable from our broker. I was just wondering though, when we do a put a bid in on a flat and if the offer is accepted... is there any chance of me getting a mortgage?
I ask this because I am really worried as over the last 6 months I have been gambling online and all of these transaction (deposits and withdrawals) are showing on my bank statements. These are for large sums of money as well i.e. £100+.
I am not in debt or anything like that and can afford the amount which I gamble however with all of these transactions showing on my statements is there any chance of actually getting a mortgage?

Your broker needs to ensure it fits criteria and the underwriters have no issues with it bfore applying.
Alternatively, he needs to find a lender that would not ask for bank statements as standard.
I was told (im not sure how true this is), ladbrokes or william hill automatically put a default on your credit report if you open an online account with them. Im not sure how true that is, but it might be worth checking.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. That sounds worrying - can our official Experian representative comment on that?I am a Mortgage Broker

Have opened numerous accounts with bookmakers in the past and have never seen anything untoward on credit files.
I have always used either debit card or online wallet ( moneybookers etc ) so could only bet with money that was in my own bank account or in online wallet.
Maybe if you opened a credit account with bookmaker, that would have consequences on credit files ?0 -

I have a account with William Hill, no mention of it on my credit report. Can't comment on ladbrokes0 -
I have had numerous betting accounts online, I signed up to get the free bets then closed the accounts. Nothing on my credit file for any of them, including Lad and WH.0
