Hi All,
I have scouted the Internet before a friend mentioned this forum as the best for genuine advice.
I am on tier 1 and have lived in UK for slightly over 3 years. I want to speak to a broker who understands tier 1 challenges hence seeking brokers where similar situation friends had a good experience. I can pitch in about 15% equity and looking for a family house in Maidenhead/Taplow.
Anyone willing to share all learnings like solicitor, process etc while being on Tier 1 plz pvt msg me. A newbie with small kids and it is all very overwhelming. Thanks

Tier one is manageable depending on loan to value and lender.
If you have the right lender, via tier 1 is not a barrier to lending.
Brokers who specialise in doctors like our firm will have a lot of limited term visa experience.I am a Mortgage Broker
