Good Morning,

Been raining here through the night but looking OK now so fingers crossed. Just looked at livingroom ceiling and I have missed a few bits so guess what I will be doing later! Want to do bathroom ceiling too as old fan wasn't working very well so it has a few black spots. At least bathroom ceiling isn't very big
DH going for hair cut this morning and then wants to clear gutters at garage as joiner wants to seal round drop pipe there. He went to do it and pipe was all clogged up and gutters too full. Expect I will get job of holding ladder and bucket - yuck.
Well fun day planned for me! Hope everyone else has a better one and is lucky.

Morning - just been to the docs and looks like I have strained my chest muscles! Ouch! Yesterday morning I attempted to move my wardrobe because my photo album had fallen behind it and I felt a real sharp pain across my chest and back. Anyway, I took some pain killers and tried to rest but to be honest, it got worse and worse and now I cannot even cough or sneeze without feeling pain! And this morning when I woke, I just felt stiff and feel as though I have a stake poking through my chest and back so I decided to ring the docs and got an appointment. He said it looks like I have strained my chest muscles so all I can do is rest and take pain killers. My dad suffered the same once and he said the pain was awful and now I know how he felt! So I am resting today as every part of me from the waist upwards is painful to move! So my advice: never try to move something that is too heavy for you as strained chest muscles cause pain every time you breathe!

Quiet comping day for me though my poor fingers and wrists even hurt! Ouch - just want to cry and I'm tired because I didn't sleep well! Hope you all enjoy your day! I will try to stay cheery but I cannot laugh as it is too painful!

Goodness Bella big (((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))) just take it easy what a silly thing to do will probably take a while I pulled muscles in my back once also hurt my ribs at same time lifting something that was too heavy took ages to heal I know what you mean by breathing and coughing it was aganoy taking a deep breath and coughing doubled me in two which didnt help take care and put your feet up

Oh Bella I am so sorry that you are feeling unwell. Take care and put your feet up if you can although I expect that will be difficult with the children off school. Big hugs for you.
