I saw on fb you were listening to Olly Murs new song Katie I've not heard it yet, hope it's good!

Comping can really be fattening! After having some pasta I was still peckish while comping so I ate a feast ice-lolly. I still wasn't satisfied and ate a large bag of salt n vinegar twirls! (I don't normally like salt n vinegar ....and no, I'm not pregnant either! ) Now I do feel stuffed!

I like Fleur though but not keen on any of the others
don't think it's the comping makes you fat :rotfl:

Morning! Rain just starting here and wind getting up - going to be a wet school run!

LOL Wingo, perfume for creaky doors! Must make a note - not only would I have non creaking doors but I would have doors that smell nice too!! Someone should write a book named 'Who needs a man? - diy for women without the tools!' Oh, this is a diy tip NOT to follow - do not attempt to hammer a tack in the wall using a large plastic full Ketchup bottle! (I speak from experience and ended up puncturing the bottle and covering both myself and my wall in Ketchup!)

Morning,wet and windy here today.lol..must remember not to do that with the ketchup bottle. I have banged nails in with a few odd things as well. A shoe, rolling pin even the end of a big heavy knife. It worked at the time...lol.

Just popped in to wish everyone a lucky week. Absolutely bucketing here and won't be any better where we are going ! Hopefully better tomorrow .

Morning everyone hope you all had a nice weekend. Blowing a gale here this morning and we have very heavy rain so wont be going far today. Didn't get any comping done over weekend as I had gk's saturday then went to sisters in Edinburgh yesterday. Happy 50th Birthday to my sis:bdaycake:

LOL at your tomato sauce hammer Wingo. My favorite tip is for curtain rails that stick, I use furniture polish although most peeps dont use the plastic curtain tracks now they have poles like I have in the lounge.

Off to town for a cuppa as hate being in when the weather is bad.

I can imagine that looking nasty if anyone walked in thinking you'd hurt yourself! *makes note to self not to use ketchup bottle* I read yesterday that wd40 is also good as a temporary measure of making a scratched glass table look ok! So if you happen to scratch anyone's glass table....WD40 it then leg it!

It was Bella that used the ketchup, I don't like tomato sauce so I would have used brown!

It was so dark this morning I thought I set the alarm wrong! I was dreaming that I was in a nightclub and there was a woman chasing me to batter me! Hope I never hit hubby while I was asleep!

Oh FF, the chestnut trees we have around the house are sweet chestnuts (I think that's what they are called), the edible ones. Not horse chestnuts - the ones you play conkers with and are apparently v good to feed to deer and horses with bad wind! lol I am full of useless facts


LOL, love the fact about scratched tables and WD40 Wingo! The devil in me so wants to test out the theory!
