Still sunny and warming up. Just been hanging out the washing and noticing all the pretty yellow, orange and brown leaves on the bushes and trees! I do love the Autumn!

Have had a big rub of his tum thanks for posting it for us firefly. When we were sitting in the garden last week with DS there was a large dragonfly on the fence, was going to take a pic but when I got back with my phone he had gone.

Can't believe the difference in dry cleaning. Went to a local one and they wanted £6.95 a kilo and yet in Chester St it's £4.50 a kilo. Mine weigh just under 5 kilo.

remember crossing over a little bridge in some woodland & there were loads of them,
stood mesmerised for ages watching them

I gave it a big rub firefly. I wouldn't mind but he had been there for a good few minutes when I decided to get the camera, never mind I expect I will see him again at some point.

Well done on getting your ironing done Katie, you can do mine anytime. Enjoy your craft club.

Well having three pairs of the same curtains to get cleaned, all the same, 2 sets for the lounge and 1 for the landing I decided I would try washing the smaller landing ones. The only reason I can see that they need cleaning is the metal rings in the top so I put them in the bath a gave them a gentle wash. Rather than keep filling the bath with cold water to swill them I hung them on the line and hosed them down. I will let you know the result later. Just hope the rings don't do rusty.

Any wins in the Inn today?

Off to put some more paper on the lounge walls, sigh.
