Thanks firefly, DH enjoyed his trip out, we only had toast and coffee but it was good to just be able to sit in piece and read the paper.

I will be under the table soon, we have loud thunder, hope it passes soon, was just about to put the washing on the line.

Still dry and sunny here (but cold).
Trying to make cottage pie but little one keeps dragging me into the garden to blow bubbles.
Went picking blackberries in woods behind house with little one earlier, I'm covered in scratches!:rotfl:

Thanks ff, she is a busy little bee but after 8 years trying for a baby I'm making the most of her and enjoying every single minute! I took a career break from my job to see her growing up, I go back in October (only 3 mornings a week) she will be going to nursery, that is going to be hard but she needs it now.

It was definitely a rainbow day today fire**fly, just put my washing out again and the rain came down heavy!

Hope you've managed to survive the thunder & lightning Sylvia! I didn't hear it today as was in a noisy play centre with kids!

Son has a friend sleeping over tonight so will probably have a takeaway

Hi wingo - not school yet, shes only just gone 2, so its a crèche. Going to be hard as she has only been left with me, hubby or my mum. I think shes ready though.....im not!

:hello: Everyone,

hope all is well,I am fine today,saw the Red Arrows at the Dawlish Air show,it was brilliant,saw other planes too having a nice quiet day and evening as went to karaoke last night and going tomorrow night I took two shopping trolleys back to my local Waitrose Store as they were just abandoned and they gave me some Red Roses as a thank you,I was allowed to choose the colour,so its nice in a vase in the Kitchen
