Good afternoon all, late in today as been busy.

Good luck with the exam results Suzie.

GS just got his results, 1A. 3B, 6C so well pleased with him. He will be going on to 6th form in September.

It looks like there have been some nice win in the Inn yesterday and today, well done.

Not put our heating on yet firefly but probably will have to soon.

Yes DD is back wingo - not very happy really. her school is not being run very well I must admit, and most of good teachers have taken early retirement. She had hassle yesterday with Biology teacher saying she should have had a phone call in holidays saying she wasn't getting taking Biology higher as too many in class. New girl had got in though and we hadn't had call. Four others had been put out too. She refused to move and insisted she was taking it and new girl could leave. I was going to go in but she sorted it herself. Proud of her for sticking up for herself!

aaaaaargh hospital has just phoned me to change my appointment from tomorrow morning have to go in afternoon now hate that as I like to get these things done early

It is a pain when appointments are changed rose. DD needed to be on that course as she wants to do nursing/midwifery. I couldn't have stood up for myself when I was her age.


DS2 busy making soup, braised lamb with sweet potatoes, red cabbage and roasted parsnips so lovely smells wafting through to living room.
