Good Morning,

Hope everyone is well today.
We have to take our car to have its paintwork assessed by Mitsubishi this morning. We are insisting we don't just want it resprayed again just for marks to reappear so wish us luck! Don't suppose the guy will have any authority to offer us anything and will just be reporting back to someone else but will see.

Doubt we will need suncream here today Bella!

Expect you will be experimenting with your new gadget today again FF. Must admit it sounds good.

Have got "Day Out" tokens wingo so can be used different places. We are meaning to go to Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway, Muncaster Castle, Ullswater Cruise and a bus tour of York with some of them. Maybe Circus at Blackpool too if DD comes with us in October.

So excited - just had a letter from Muncaster Castle saying I have won the Saga prize draw and have won 2 nights B&B in Coachmans Quarters at castle. :j:j:j
Saga never informed me.
Was going to visit there this weekend but will leave it now as will get free entry to grounds when we go.

managed to get the glory hole tidied up & all ship shape
again :eek:
been pottering in & out the garden as well & got lots of
rhubarb cut, have diced it all up & put in freezer ready
for making some pies/crumbles at the week end :j

Evening all! Well done on you win Shiels! Perfect for you!

Been a gorgeous day today - so sunny and warm so I have spend much of the day in the garden (though I had to keep running in to escape the bumble bees!!!)

Going to have a hot bath then settle to watch the tv! I quite fancy a prigramme on Channel 5 at 8pm: Lockerbie - Terror at 31,000 Feet: Minute by Minute. I like factual programmes like that.

Well done getting your 'glory hole' sorted out fire**fly! :T Our garage is a tip, we keep putting things in there that are for 'car boot sale' that we never seem to have!
Mmmmm rhubarb! :drool: I'm coming to yours at the weekend!

It's been a glorious day here too Bella. There was a massive bee in neighbours conservatory and we were counting down to see how long it took for neighbour to open window panicking! It took less than a minute! :rotfl: Hubby is just as bad with wasps! There was one in car on Sunday (just a baby one) and he almost crashed car flapping over it! He even stopped on side of busy road where there was no stopping to make sure it was out!
Enjoy your programme I like real life documentaries too.

I read my stars and it said to enter competitions and read them in another mag or paper and it said about winning a family holiday! I really hope so! Gonna enter all the family hols now Forgot what it's like to win something apart from a fanimal!

Had a nice day apart from having to go to garage - assessor just taking loads of pics of car, serial numbers and taking readings of paint (or something like that) Likely be a few weeks before Mitsubishi respond.
Went to Table Table for lunch and free wine, then drove along coast to "Sweetheart Abbey" and a nice little harbour village. Hadn't been to abbey or village for ages so enjoyed it. Was sitting at the beach for a while in the sun - bit windy though.

Won't be watching the Lockerbie programme Bella. Still remember it happening and was far to close for comfort.

Glad you got your tidying done FF.
