Yes firefly, I think we all get into our own little ways of doing things but it all amounts to the same in the end - hard work but we lovely it really else we would stop:)

the very first ''proper'' competition I won was a newspaper
crossword comp way back in the days when we had to fill in everything manually & use the snail mail :D
got hooked in after that & never stopped

Rumours have it there's £5 fruit & veg voucher again in sun on thurs for morrisons. Let's hope they have some left! When I go in for it there's no fruit/veg/meat/fish left!

I filled in a comp in the Lidl leaflet for a car and won runner up prize of £50 Lidl voucher. Then started buying all the weekly mags, then trying to find an answer to one fell upon MSE and never looked back, what a fab site (most of the time). I don't let it eat me up when life situations suddenly takes over I just pick myself up again and press on.
BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS

Hope you're ok now Rose, that must have been scary. Best off sticking to soup or build up drinks.

I like how you came across Mse Sylvia :) I came across it looking into switching gas and electric! I was a comp addict anyway doing puzzles and postal comps here and there. I was like a kid in a sweet shop when I saw all the comps! I didn't understand what the E:?/? meant at first and then I saw the comping guide so had a good read before I entered! :D
