DD2 coming up to help tomorrow and DD3's DH is coming on the train to do some painting next Thursday. We will be so glad of the help as Fred is not so good at the moment.

Off work for 3 days - spent today in the sun

not a win of any description anywhere

and just been pinned in the bedroom while i thought of a way to remove a large spider from the hall and the solution was Cillit bang- a few squirts though, as they still move after the first one, which made me jump

I've been to park with kids which was packed out and then rushed back for DD's gymnastics only for it to be cancelled!

God morning everyone another uncofortable night.I am shattered house is like an oven didnt seem to cool down that much last night. Have switched on fans but they don't seem to be reducing temperature that much. Got the Commonwealth games Triathalon starting here today so not venturing in to town as it will probably be very busy
