Morning,we had lightning again last night but it was quite far away and eased after a short time.It's been raining all night but as you say FF saves watering the garden,lol. I'm on a late shift today so going to get some digging in the garden done this morning before work. Hope you all have a good day.

Coping fine here FF - been raining and fairly cool! Love the pic.

Forgot to say - well done on the pans rose. I could do with some new ones too although I did win one at Xmas.

We are away for 3 nights tomorrow. Going to Chester for 2 nights and Wrexham for 1. Was difficult to get bargains with parking but I did quite well although we have to move hotels each night. Saved a lot doing that and got 2 of them for £29. First one is over £50 but we do get breakfast and parking in centre right next to racecourse. DH likes to go back there as he lived and worked there for quite a few years.

no thunder or lightening here but sky is dark rain is prevelant listening to BBC forecast and it is going to be hell this afternoon. Wonder why I never listen to them.

Just checked our forecast and looks like rain all day but nice for next few days and it looks lovely for our break! :j
Glad I got all the washing done yesterday apart from our bed clothes but will just use tumble dryer for that today.

Afternoon all
I think it's been raining here all night but I was out for the count as soon as my head hit the pillow!
I'm going to take kids out somewhere soon while it's a bit dry and still humid! FIL has gone for tests in hospital and has been kept in so I will give DH some space from the kids.

Have a great few days away Sheils Chester is meant to be lovely but I haven't yet been myself. Are you going to the zoo there too? That's supposed to be good also.

Has the rain and thunderstorm all cleared up for you now fire**fly? At least it saved you a job of watering the plants!

Hope it gets out nice for you indie to finish off your gardening
