Hi everyone,
Hope you have all had a good day. Was nice and sunny here for most of the time. Had a morning out at Aberdour and visited the castle and beach there which was lovely. Then we came back and went to the riverside park near Glenrothes before walking into the town (which wasn't very exciting). We walked back through the park and woodland and 5 mins before we got back to the hotel it started to rain! Had another meal in the pub next to our hotel - chicken pie tonight. Planning to go to Lochore Meados Country Park tomorrow before having late lunch at Beefeater (free steak) and heading home.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

Hi just found a wem, supersavvyme wrote to tell me a full size Age Defy Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner winging its way to me.
wingobins did you find Mrs Browns D'Movie any good?
Sheils hope you are having a great time on your travels. Good that you can get a good deal in the hotels and have food vouchers for your meals, my kind of bargain.
I keep meaning to start saving vouchers (Extreme Couponing) one of these days I will start. Iceland are good as every few weeks that let you build up a bonus which is a good saving.
Found a lovely £2 coin in my purse yesterday, it had Auld Lang Syne written across it. Must see if its worth more than £2 on ebay.

I got the savvy email too Dreams :j I love Pantenne but DD tends to use too much of it! I've started hiding it from her and putting an alternative in a Pantenne bottle!
Mrs B movie was ok and funny but not as good as the shows with live audience! We have to have allocated seats now in our pics so it's a bit off putting when you can't sit where you want!
Well done on the win Rose and hope DS had a lovely birthday
Sheils, sounds like you've got a busy few days! Enjoy your break
Has the garlic delivery stopped now fire**fly? I bet you made some lovely stuff with it

You're doing well at the gym Katie
Hope your parcel is your converse or something exciting
Bella, lucky you going to the sports day! My kids school banned parents from coming to watch them. I used to look forward to going to see them!
Are you feeling better now? I read in a mag that manuka honey is great for chrohns sufferers.Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
wingobins lol at you putting different shampoo in bottle. Very clever. Children don't appreciate the price of things, my DD used to be heavy handed using items as well, as soon as she moved into her own place that was the first thing she complained about how expensive all that stuff was.
I think I'll leave it for a few days before I go to see Mrs Browns movie, probably packed out. A local hotel are selling a 2 course meal and a ticket for Mrs Brown's movie for £15. Sounds like a good bargain.

That is a good bargain Dreams
I would love to see the live shows. I still enjoyed the film but thought the storyline was a bit naff!

Have you ever seen Mrs Brown in real life? I have been to the local theatre a few times to see him. He is always ad libbing and has the other actors in stitches. Sometimes I have went to see the same show again and you still have a laugh because you have missed half of the jokes first time round as it is a laugh a minute.
I always find when they build something up when you go to see it it always seems disappointing.
