just been told we're supposed to be having rain this afternoon :eek:
but skies are clear so suppose we'll have to wait & see,
as it's still gloriously sunny here,
I do enjoy a good thunderstorm though sylv,
think it clears the air,
yes, you def need insect screens for this weather wingo :eek:
I used to dread them dive bombing kamikaze moths that used to fly in at night :eek::rotfl:
pain in the butt catching them & shoving them back out but now we have the roller screens it's great as can leave them open & no buggies can get in :j

Just got in from work and there's a parcel for DD2. It must be the prize from girl talk that she's waiting on. Hubby won't be too happy that he got woken up after his nightshift!
I could quite easily fall asleep now but have to get kids! I'm in need of some energy!

Don't be sending those thunder and lightening storms to me firefly will you? You know how I hate them. Its even worse when the GK's are here as I am not allowed to let on I don't like the storm.

Council came today to tell us they are starting working soon and will be sending in a furniture removal to put most of our things in storage while they are refurbishing the house. Its sent me into a panic as I have so much to sort out.

Just had another busy day. Did bit of shopping, walked all the way around the Marine Lake and went to Anthony Gormeys "Another Place" - love it there. Walked a long way along Crosby beach. Wasn't as hot as it has been and we had a bit of cloud but sun back out now. Too tired to do much at the moment though.
Hope weather has improved for you all.

Afternoon.I have half my front garden dug up at the moment. My electric went yesterdayI thought it was a power cut and hours later it was still off so got the electric board out.There is a cable broke and they got me back on the grid just after 8 last night with a temporary cable connection and sent the diggers in this morning to try to find it. After taking down the fence and digging half the garden up it's not where they thought it was..lol. Tomorrow they are going to dig my path up. They said they will put everything back as it was so not too worried.
