Hope you have all had a lovely day today.

We have had the family for late lunch so its been busy here. Had roast beef etc followed by treacle sponge and custard.

Just watching the last episode of Crimson Field which we missed while we were away as there is not much on TV that we like.

Thanks Sylvia. Our hotel has 4 coach loads of Japanese tourists so hope they all go for breakfast early! (they usually do) Funny watching them get their buffet meals. Saw one guy with lemon meringue pie with his meat and veg. We didn't get a buffet but I had leek and potato soup with roll and butter, Penne with salmon and beans in creamy sauce followed by Summer Pudding. It was really good especially as room only would have been £70 and DB&B £80.

I would much prefer your meal Sheils to the Japanese tourists! I suppose it's a bit like the Americans where they have pancakes with bacon for breakfast! Wierd combination! It sounds lovely where you are

Oh I didn't know there was a new Hawaii Five-O fire**fly Is it on sky though, I don't have sky....hubby would have sport on constantly if I did!

Is the jelly comp still going Tequila? I won on it when it first came out, a mini bag of jellies and a keyring! You don't need to get all the same either as it flashes up that you won!

I won on the juice burst comp again on blippar but not sure if I can win again on it! For anyone doing this comp....if you move the iPad/tablet out of focus from the pic when you've used up all your go's, then move it back again it gives you another 5 go's!

Good Morning,


Just had my shower and waiting on DH having his before heaing for breakfast. Hope their pancake machine is working - love pancakes for breakfast! Not going to rush down though in case we can't move for Japanese tourists.
Don't know how man ate his meal FF - we could just see them walking past with their plates!
Thanks for info on Fruit Burst wingo, just managed to win again and didn't lose form this time. Just told me my favourite was mango. Did you get a choice?
Calling in at Morecambe this morning on way to Sizergh Castle (NT so use another voucher!) before heading for Muncaster.
