harbour salmon infusions

Up until recently I had been buying these at Morrisons. They are 2pieces of salmon in either Thai marinade or Ginger & lime. They are really yummy as well as being healthy, but also you can heat the pack in the microwave for around 3mins. if you don't want to grill or use the oven. So time saving.
Morrisons were selling these packs for £3.49p but then recently stopped for no good reason. I then found Aldi are selling them even cheaper at £2.79p per pack, so have stocked up on them.
I think they are a great healthy option as well as a quick & convenient meal. So get down to Aldi before they sell out. No other supermarkets sell this product & I like the fact they are already infused with these yummy flavours they are not high in fat like some others. I usually have it with some broccoli & boiled potato. I'm just surprised a product like this isn't on sale in other supermarkets???

Probably because it's much cheaper to marinade your own salmon.
No this isn't the same as the 'saucy fish co'. With those you add the sauce which is not what I like. With Harbour, it is already coated as well as less fat than what others would be. The bonus for me is the fact you can pop the pack in the microwave for around 3mins. saving time if you grill or bake. It is surprising that Aldi are selling it & not any of the other big names as well....?

I marinate my salmon in soy sauce, ginger spring onions and chilli. No fat at all. Sometimes I add a teaspoon of honey too. Teriyaki marinade is good too, again, no fat.
Maximum 5 minutes under the grill. It's not difficult really. And cheaper than buying the pre packed stuff. I'm surprised anyone buys it.
You never know I may try a diy job of your suggestion...!
I see, my apologies.
