twitter keeps getting suspended

i made a new twitter last night and then today it got suspended saying i have sent too many unsolicited tweets so i made another one and after 4 tweets it has done the same. what is going on?

I'm just guessing, but they probably don't like you setting up more than one account. You just have wait for the suspension to lift on your first twitter account.0 -
It means you're @ing too many people that aren't talking back / don't follow you. Twitter thinks you're spamming people, basically. It's an automatic process - if you follow the info on how to unsuspend your account, you'll be back up and running in no time.0
