1. Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 and over at the time of entry, excluding employees and their immediate families of SCA, their agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion. Failure to comply with any part of this clause will disqualify the respective entry from the promotion.

4. Promotion runs from 16:00 Saturday 3rd May 2014 until 19:00 Monday 5th May 2014.
5. THE PRIZES: 3 x £25 Build a Bear vouchers.
6. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
7. Obscene or inappropriate entries will not be accepted. The Promoter and their agents, reserve the right to reject any entries for any reason at their sole discretion.
8. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries, which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
9. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries within 7 days of the closing date.
10. Winners will be notified within two working days of the closing date through Twitter, using the @ mention function. If winners cannot be contacted or do not claim prizes or provide their supermarket voucher preferences and postal address within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. Vouchers will be delivered to the winners’ UK addresses within 28 days of the closing date.
12. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing retailer. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. The winners’ Twitter usernames will be posted on the @PlentyRewards Twitter page.
16. Copyright in all entries shall be owned by the Promoter.
17. By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
