Hi MSE!
Need a bit of help from the forum.
This is my current situation:
Salary 41k
No loans
Credit Card 1600
Deposit 9000
Looking for a 95% help to buy mortgage on a second hand property.
I have an aip with halifax, they credit scored me as A.
What are the main factors that could negatively influence my assessment ? My main concern is that I will be offered a 90% LTV.
Thanks!

Sorry for bringing up an old thread - have you managed to get anything from halifax? Or we're you asked to give 90% deposit? I'm in a similar situation at the moment - just waiting to hear from full mortgage offer!COMPING WINS:

Halifax said only 90 ltv and because their stamp duty offer finished, I switched to santander.
Hope this helps.0
