I beggars belief that in the 21st century there is still the need for a bunch of unqualified middle-men to get away with pocketing 1.5% of every house sale by:
a) stating the bleeding obvious such as "this is the bedroom, this is the kitchen etc"
b) making patently untrue statements about the level of interest in a property that no one with half a brain would take seriously
c) pressuring buyers, against the interests of their own clients who are paying their wages, to buy financial or otherproducts that they do not need or want.
The sooner in this technical age that there is a "killer app" that does away with the need for traditional high street EAs the better!
