Mortgage Application- Nationwide

Hi I have been approved with my initial application yesterday. The mortgage advisor sent and email confirming acceptance how the mortgage was a based on a 90% mortgage, however I rang their head office and they confirmed my LTV is 72.66%, just wondered if the mortgage advisor has done something wrong here?

The DIP will be based on what they are prepared to lend up to. So your LTV will give you access to better rates, but they will be prepared to loan you up to 90% LTV on somethng (but it will probably be at a different interest rate if you were to borrow that high).

    Thanks!

Someone has done something wrong. Why did you phone Head Office? Is your adviser not handling this matter for you?
