I couldn't tell you exactly but 8990 tweets (not all comps - try to add some other tweets in too in case companies discount just retweeting accounts) and I have won hampers, products and other things. Just see it as another competition (like a form) and enter. People win lots on twitter but then some win lots on facebook. Others win lots on rafflecopters.

I've tweeted 2379 times and won once! It was 6 carmex lipbalms in an eggbox for easter, just retweeted it once. I use my twitter I would say 90% for comps, 10% personal use. Not great stats, but they take seconds to do so I don't mind! I'll enter photo comps on twitter too if its something easy I already have a photo of x
