Help please can't access e/mails

Hi just got back from hols and I don't seem to be able to access my e/mails, they are stuck on Tuesday and before but wont let me look at recent ones, The message is .. reconnect to the internet and then Sync to get the rest of your messages ? I did access them when I was in Spain from a internet caf! could this have something to do with it ? Help please anyone

Which email provider is it - and do you access through web mail or through a specific email program ?

Are you accessing via a web browser - i.e. typing in a URL - or do you have a TalkTalk / Windows programme on your computer that is downloading the messages?

If via a web URL, have you tried logging out, and accessing again via mail.google.com ?
Once in on the Gmail web access, you could try pressing the 'refresh' button, which is near the top of the screen and looks like a circle with an arrow...

Sorry, if you've already done this, as the advice is basic, but sometimes the simplest things are the things we forget to do

Hi thank you I do try but this is above me, I don't have any knowledge of computers so I think I will pass this on to my Son in law, Thanks JessicAhh I can if I search my e/mail through google can access my e/mail account and can get my e/mails that way so will continue that way for now

So you are using a desktop email program, not webmail. Which program, and which OS?
