Just read through that myself and it has for SC and upwards that you have to disclose these anyway, no matter when they happened.

Yes, I saw that, but at least they give you the opportunity to explain. I still have the paperwork for the CCJ, and the certificate that says it's satisfied/settled or whatever the official term is.
