This is a competition from Asos USA, but there is nothing to indicate that it's not open to UK customers. The winner may have to use Asos Us to claim, but for that kind of price I'd visit any site

They have changed the rules!
I wish I had taken a screen shot, that wasn't there when I entered, they must have added it when they started to get lots of UK entries from this forum. I checked everywhere to make sure UK entries were not excluded, someone else would have noticed it by now.

If anyone else has taken a screen shot when entering without the comment, or at least can confirm that it wasn't there when they entered, I will contact to clarify this with them.

ETA as far as I can see the exclusion is not included in their t&c, I checked, and have saved them. As far as I know if the t&c don't exclude the UK they can't deny the prize to a UK winner just by adding a clause that wasn't there to start with.
