Loan Supermarket

I know I have been stupid, so don't need all the why did you do it posts, just would like advice as to if there is anything I can do. I needed money quickly and was looking for payday loans. I filled in some applications, but unknowingly i have somehow signed up for loan memberships, none of the companies made it clear that i was signing up for memberships. so I have now had 3 amounts taken out of my account, which i can REALLY not afford. I've managed to contact 2 of the companies, which are loan wizard and loans direct uk, but cannot find any details at all for loans supermarket. On my bank statement all it says w w w loansup, ermarket.ne, suffolk GB
They took out £67.88.

I phoned my bank and said i had no idea that i was signing up for a membership and she said i have to contact the companies for refunds, but that's pretty hard to do if I cant find any details for them at all. The bank dont have anything either.

Anyone have any idea what I can do to try and get the contact details of this company please

Refunds must be requested in writing

They will ignore anything else.
