Evening,
I've been asked to fill in a reference for someone and in the employers section (not me!) it asks how many days parental leave have been taken during employment. Is this a standard thing? Honestly intrigued, as it's not something I've encountered before.
Cheers!

It is something a new employer needs to know but not something which a good employer needs before deciding to offer a job to someone and therefore not appropriate for a reference.0
