Remove small default?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some advice regarding a default that is sitting on my credit profile.
When I was a student, I had a Bank of Scotland One credit card. It now shows a satisfied default for £165 in March 2013. This means that this will be on my account until March 2019.
I didn't receive any warning of an impending default. Being a student, I did move around a lot so the blame may be on my side there. I was also quite reckless with credit at the time (I was just 18 when I was given this card) but haven't missed any other payments since 2007.
Having graduated a few years ago, I'm very keen to start applying for a mortgage, but I appreciate my chances are very slim due to this default on my record.
What do you think the chances are that it would be removed from my account? How would I go about trying to remove it?
Any help would be very much appreciated!!
Thanks

What was the default date? It falls off your file 6 years from that date.
Almost zero chance of getting it removed.
You would have to send them an SAR, hope it didn't show the default notice sent, and hope the FOS agreed with you when the original creditor rejects your complaint.:beer:0
