Hi
I've given my details to a broker who is looking into it all
Payments each month and outstanding
How long would it take for them to get back to me?
It's ONLY been since yesterday but was wondering how long it takes
Is the longer it is the worse the outcome?
I know it's only been a day so this is not a moan

As above, i usually do a factfind and give the clients a timescale of when i will come back to them.

Do you have any unusual circumstances? Adverse credit, irregular income, unusual property type etc?
If the broker is doing their job thoroughly they will be checking for the best product then checking this fits criteria and affordability. This could take time.
24 hours isn't long.
