Diabetic cook book recommendations please

Can anyone recommend a good cook book for a newly diagnosed Type 2 diabetic? Just for every day meals, but not using artificial sweeteners (apart from xylitol, which I have read is natural).
Thank you

I don't have personal experience of these recipes but Robin Ellis ( ex Poldark) is a diabetic and keen cook. He has published a couple of books. He also has a website where he discusses the recipes and many of them are shown being cooked in photos:

I'd second the Robin Ellis post, I subscribe to his blog and get some great recipes from there (not diabetic but like the style of eating he advocates).0
