I had a tweet on the 25th of March from 'Andrew Ward' twitter to say I had won a haircare bundle and told me to DM them.

I have now dm'd 3 or 4 times and tweeted but not a peep back? They are definitely on their twitter as they're still tweeting and annoucing other winners.

Would you recommend I contact someone or leave them a bit longer?

I would DM them one last time and say that you're disappointed and if they don't contact you, you will have no option other than to contact the ASA. That usually gets things moving. To just ignore you is very rude on their part.

And maybe a public Tweet, not just a DM might help, if you've not done so already.

Are they definitely following you to be able to receive your DMs (sounds stupid, I know, and it normally throws an error, but may be worth checking)

I would go to the IPM first and they will pass it to the ASA for you if they get nowhere: complaints@theipm.org.uk
