What has sexism got to do with it? Had the business been successful would you have rolled out the red carpet, or said 'I supported him'?
How many successful 'investments' have you made out of interest?0 -
A4a I was talking anout the profit from selling the equipment.
You can think me sexist if that is your opinion.
My man should have listened to his womans intuition. There now hope that makes you feel better.
I feel that your input has been of an unhelpful nature.
I am starting to feel that i have to give u more info than I am willing to You.
Will go about my business now thank you0 -

It's not unhelpful its just factual and I'm sorry if the truth hurts but my point being is, if he invested money then he did so to make a profit and therefore must understand the risks. If he made a loan, then that is a different story but if the money was loaned and not properly secured or there was no agreement then again that is the risk one takes.
Intuition is a gut feeling and we all have it but if only women's intuition is always right then that is rather a sexist statement. (Perhaps you could let me have tonights winning lottery numbers).
My first paragraph is an answer to your OP and unfortunately it is hard fact. I've seen so many people think they are clever when an investment goes right and complain bitterly when it goes wrong. If we all had hindsight (or perhaps women's intuition), we would all be very rich.
I'm afraid you just have to live with the fact that your man made an investment that turned sour (I wonder how you would have felt if it hadn't) but other than hoping his 'friend' may make amends, there is little you or he can do about it, the equipment was his to sell.0
