Sorry to hijack this thread but does anyone have any recommendation of brokers?
I am in a similar situation, 26 years old, live at home, earn £45k, house i am looking to buy abd rent is £250k, and I need £100k btl HMO loan to cover the difference.
Any advice welcome!

Look at unbiased.co.uk, deselect the sponsored ads, and enter your location. I believe that will identify brokers for you.0

HMO as a FTB will be very difficult. Lenders would usually want to see a track record in letting.
Broker will research options for you.
