Likely to be a scam - check out 'money mule' on google (the centraljob-eu url was registered just a week ago by the way).

Quite apart from anything else, the appalling grammar and syntax in that mail would shout "scam" to me. Any serious, professional outfit should have a better command of English than that, given that they're recruiting in the UK only.
