So true.
Every day we get phone calls, even though I am on the non pester register.
Junk mail through the letter box.
Men even knock on the door asking for work. It is desperate times for some.
I have become very good at saying no thank you.
Buying in the shops is the same. Sales staff are on commission to sell. This is why I like shopping online and looking for voucher codes and using Quidco.

2. Loyalty is important but it is never unconditional and never has been as far as consumer/business relationships are concerned. If you want unconditional loyalty buy a dog.0
