Just a rough idea as I am not sure what evenings DD is here.

Breakfasts: eggs on toast or cereal
Lunches:DD has a pack lunch and school meals 1/2 a week.
I will have salad wraps if at work and left overs if at home.

Mon: HM tomato pasta bake with salad.
Tues: Cheese and ham omelette- DD had tea with grand parents.
Weds: BF is cooking so who knows :rotfl:
Thurs: Sausage casserole from the freezer with mash and green beans.
Fri: HM pizza with HM wedges and HM coleslaw
Sat: portions of spaghetti Bol from freezer with pasta and broccoli.
Sun: cold meats/sandwiches after a roast.

I really need to defrost the freezer so trying to use up bits and bobs

Plan has been changed due to there being far too much coq au vin being made!

W - changed to coq au vin, mashed potatoes
T - changed to chicken jambayla (instead of the planned pached herb chicken!) - there will probably be enough left to freeze for next week!
    F - as before

Lentil shepherds pie won't be made this week but as it uses cupboard ingredients and regularly bought things can be added to menu at any time.
