personalised beer glasses for best man/ushers?

hi ladies and gents, hope someone can help

i've been looking for gifts for my best man and ushers and have decided on beer glasses, that are personalised

but where do you get them from?

is it best to buy one online already done? or buy a nice one and take it somewhere to be done?

i have the easy task, mrs ss to be has to find something for her sister

I've never bought any so can't vouch for their quality, but there are loads of examples on ebay. A search for 'personalised wedding glass' brought up loads of results. I am thinking of getting these ones:
