  • National debt line have advised me that the creditor would need to go back to court but are unlikely to be granted enforcement but I have since found these discussions which contradict that.

  • Part of the ccj is made up of ppi, then interest has been added.

    Would it be worth trying to reclaim this to pay off the debt?

    Seems wrong that ppi can be sold via a credit agreement and a ccj obtained if you dont pay it!

    Absolutely it would, totally separate issue, chances are good you would win as well, seems like a plan to me !! :T

  • According to the ppi forum on here, i dont really have a valid claim and it was unlikely to have been regulated then so not an option for me sadly.
