You could try reporting them to the IPM, who are able to ask the ASA to investigate.
What was the prize, and did the winner's timeline show them as a participant of a scam, or a genuine entrant?
Often true scams have big prizes, and the winners' timelines betray they're not a genuine entrant.
You might also want to think about notifying the forum about the company, so that we don't enter their future comps.
If you don't want to mention the company's name in public, and you want a second opinion, feel free to PM me the comp and I'll have a look as well.
The very fact they're not responding to your questions suggests to me that there's something dodgy going on...
Playing Devil's advocate... The website you used: can you use different search terms? Perhaps they searched on different words in the tweet and that put you lower in the rankings?0
