Jus-roll pastry question

The big sheets, can they be cut in half and used as two? Will they still rise around the edges?

Yeah course they can. They are just ready rolled in the factory, there's nothing special about the edges of the sheets

    Sorry. My mistake.

That was like three years ago and it didnt last long!

    Low carb makes me ill
  • I chop the ready rolled pastry I buy in half all the time. I've even cut it down further to make smaller tarts. I often cover it with home made tomato sauce, then add a few random toppings. Quick, easy and hubby loves it.
From Starrystarrynight to Starrystarrynight1 and now I'm back...don't have a clue how!
