Can't top up Dongle.

I just went to top up my 3 Dongle, and I'm getting a message saying the service is currently unavailable.

Does anyone know, how long the service has been down, and how long it is expected to remain down?

I've been getting a problem with this since March. When it tries to go out to "Verified by Visa" it fails - it used to time out and just process the payment, now it just fails, so since then I've had to drive to town and buy a voucher to top up. Note that I only top up when it tells me I've run out of data, not before.

I opened a support case and they said they're working on it, and suggested I place some money on account before the data allowance runs out. This seemed like a good idea, except I generally top up with £15 for 3Gb/30 days, and you can only put either £10 or £20 on account.

You can top up several times in succession.

The top ups "queue", and don't start until the previous one has expired, either through running out of data, or by time.

I always use vouchers, as I prefer to remain anonymous.
