Lowell CCJ

Hi wondered if someone could help advise me on this.I got taken to court by Lowell Portfolio via Bryan Carter Solicitors over a Littlewoods debt.
I was happy enough with the debt to repay and offered a payment that was accepted however not as a consent order as i asked so still got a CCJ.
My credit isn't great anyway so not as fussed as i would have been , but i have heard nothing since they won in court. So i have made a payment in line with the CCJ to Lowell Portfolio and the account number on the court papers.
However after checking with Lowell they got it they said that account has no payment against it as its outsourced to Fredricksons so they can't put payments to it.
I've never had anything from Fredricksons and the CCJ is to Lowell Portfolio so i'm wondering if the CCJ is worthless and if i should tell the court i'm making payments to the claimants but they can't accept them.If they outsourced it before the court judgement wouldn't Fredricksons have had to take me to court themselves?
Sorry for the long post , appreciate any advice
Thanks
James

Don't know about it been worthless, but I would defo go back to the court and tell them what you've told us, seems to me you require clarification on who was granted the CCJ, and who you should be paying, not always the same company, as you have found out, not an expert at this sort of thing, but someone will be along soon with better knowledge im sure.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Just as an FYI Fredricksons are owned by Lowell and outsource all their legal work to Bryan Carter who are based around the corner from them.
All three of them are a trio of incompetance and I recently took Fredrickson to court for harassment and obtained a CCJ against them.
Check with the court, usually the Northampton CCBC and see who the claimant is, if it is Lowell then phone them, record the call and quote the claim number, if they keep saying they don't knowing anything about it then put in an application to have the judgement overturned as you shouldn't have to fight to make a payment0
