Career change: mortgage advisor?

Hi all
I am considering a major career change (I am currently a secondary school teacher and want out), and am interested in becoming a mortgage advisor. I know I have to be CeMAP qualified, and I have investigated various providers.

I would love any of you mortgage advisors out there to give me 1minute of your time to give me your opinions on the job you do!

I'd like to know how much you enjoy it (or otherwise!), and if you have any useful tips / insider info that would help me to make a decision to drastically change my career.

Many thanks,
Lucy

Yep. Google incisive media for suitable mortgage journals. Join IFS. Their Cemap course is pretty reasonable. Study non-stop, especially part 1. Finish Parts 1-3. Apply to building societies and estate agents. Get a job. Get CAS. Join a network. Make your money. Very broadly speaking, that's it.
