Anyone have it please?I've lost it but need to call as haven't received a payment
If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?

    Hi,
    I have taken this from the "Get in touch" page on CMS's various booklets:
    "Call us on 0845 266 8792. When calling the Child Maintenance Service, you'll need your client reference number. This is a 12-digit number starting with "12" that can be found at the top of any letter we've sent you."

    Hopefully this info is correct. Apologies if it's not.
    I often use a tablet to post, so sometimes my posts will have random letters inserted, or entirely the wrong word if autocorrect is trying to wind me up. Hopefully you'll still know what I mean.

    Dont forget we have had a few bank holidays. I usually get my payments on a Friday but not had last weeks one yet.

    I know.Mine are done by date rather than day and I'm also signed up to the text alert which is meant to text at least 3 days before the money hits your account.No text either so need to check

    Nope.Got one of the numbers in my pin wrong,blocked my account and now have to wait for a letter followed by a phone call to reset my account before I can find out what's happening.

    Not amused :( will be even less amused if the !!!! hasn't paid!
