Does anyone know if a third party payment will be accepted by bank to pay off arrears on a mortgage, when your facing repossession ??:eek:

I'm sure they will, I had arrears a few years back (not enough to face repossession though) and my boyfriend paid them off for me.

How you pay the arrears off is your concern not the lenders.0
