Yet another form filling in question

On the form it asks for you current (or last) income tax ref number and also the tax office address.
Now call me dumb (its been said before) but i have searched my payslips amd P60 but i can't find any number nor can i find a tax office address. Am i missing something obvious?
Please help, once thats done my form will be complete yahhhhh:T only taken me 10 days to complete:eek:

Hi bltn,
At the top of a P45 it's called an Office Number and it's three digits,(123) the reference number is two letters five numbers, (AB12345).
If it's not there then you can either ring the company and ask the question or just put the name of the company you worked for and let the O.R find it; they have all that sort of information at their fingertips.
