Just a quick update on this for anyone thinking of buying from this company. The Ipad hasn't arrived yet and is currently showing as "packed ready for despatch". It has gone through so many different stages of "readiness" on the system it's untrue. I think they are playing a smoke and mirrors game and obviously don't have stock when they take the order so effectively we have to wait until stock arrives. The 10 working day delivery is up on Thursday so at the moment I am unable to complain but on the plus side I have emailed them 3 times and at least had a response on each occasion which is better than a lot of people. I have noted the incoming mail is from Hong Kong so the UK phone number is a bit misleading.
I will reserve further comment until this is sorted one way or another, but starting to wish I'd picked up on the negative feedback before ordering.

Quick update. The Ipad arrived and is as described. It was a day outside the 10 working days advertised so can't really fault them. I did keep on top of them by email (all replied to promptly and politely albeit from Hong Kong) and they quite obviously didn't have stock when I ordered as one of the updates showed the item awaiting shipment and a few hours later changed to awaiting allocation.

I think the website is misleading as this is obviously a Hong Kong company and which is why delivery takes so long. Would I use them again? Not too sure as the website order updates are inane and misleading.
