I was really tempted by this deal but mighty deals feedback is appalling. Better safe than sorry so I've not gone for this.

Oh dear too late. I read plenty of positive reviews about the company so decided to order one. On a positive note I have paid by credit card so will be covered if things go pear shaped (With Mighty Deals I think as they give a voucher to spend with the retailer you may not get card protection as you're using a 3rd party although I'm sure the more knowledgeable out there will correct me if I'm wrong).

As far as warranty is concerned even if I end up with a US version it's still covered under Apple Worldwide Warranty as it's the wi fi version.

hollie. My son ordered an expensive item from Simply Electronics and had no problems at all. Fingers crossed for you
