Hi everyone

Just looking for some advice

Me and my partner applied for a mortgage begining of March and had the formal mortgage offer 10 days later.

We are currently waiting on solicitors before exchanging but im wondering if the new mortgage affordability rules will effect us? Our mortgage application is with Nationwide.

Im just worried as when i logged on to internet banking the other day it did say to continue with your mortgage application you need to answer more questions, but we havent had any communication from Nationwide regarding this.
