    Evening peeps. :)

I'm back! What's happening? Any glitches?

I've been in hospital lately having a few tests done and the docs have come to the conclusion is that I have Parkinsons Disease!
Early stages, so hopefully they can stop it getting any worse with medicines. Hay ho, life is always sent to try us.

:rotfl: Does anyone think they may have mixed up the Wild Pink and the Wild Red Princes Salmon, and if we get the Wild Red it might return at £1 this time (Wild Red £2.50 in M:eek:)? I do chuckle though on seeing people, in M, pick up the £2.50 red salmon at the end of the aisles when the same size, same brand, wild pink is 'only' £1 just down the aisle.:rotfl::rotfl: Boohoo to you (shoppers in Mr M itself), as I bought my ten and, later, more in Mr A a year or two ago when M were at £1 before and they all compared vs the £1! (I think I might also have managed to time it in with the £5 off Mr A £40 spend, lol!:rotfl:) Still well in date of course (of those several left). But weren't as good as what these Princes Wild Pink Salmon 213g were under T's DTD price check vs A. They were one of our favourite items weren't they folks, for those doing that at the time? Minus 9p each they were if I recall!:D:D:D:j Loved those tins each time in each shopping basket:D. Those and the Campbell cup soups (a five pack back then, not the stingy 4 pack now with lots of airspace in the box:(:(), minus 19p each:beer::j, or maybe they were the other way around?!?

Btw - not an advice to buy the Wild Red in A, I doubt it'll work!
  • Oh god scamps!! I'm not sure what parkinsons is tbh. Is it what Micheal J Fox has?? I vaguely remember something about

Scamps, have a hug. I was wondering where you were. How's things apart from your diagnosis?

Scamps....what a shock for you....but at least it may explain some of the accidents you've been having of late.

We have a very dear Aunt who was diagnosed nearly 20 years ago....she is nearly 80 now and still going strong:). It took a good while before they found the right medication to help her....but they did and she has been leading a relatively healthy life....old age is catching up with her obviously ......but with the right drugs, the prognosis can be very good.

Sending you positive vibes in a south westerly direction:)
