Oh sorry to hear that Bubbs :( Good advice though.
I had a letter from my opticians yesterday reminding me to make an appointment. My last puff of air test (don't know it's name) had a high reading and my re-test was lower but still borderline so I'm due to be tested again.

It s to measure the pressure in the eye.It is supposed to be between 10 and 21. It is called Tonometry.Anything higher can mean damage to eyes.Mine was 27 when I was told I had glaucoma.Mine is still getting worse in one eye.So please have your eyes tested folks.Don't rely on cheap £1 specs.

There is free spanking isnt there? :o

The free spanking is only for certain people. It encourages naughtiness from those that would enjoy it too much;):p:D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Lots of places do free eye tests, Tescos being one.
I had a free eye test +1.5 in both then popped along to poundland :D

Thanks gang, pepsi worked:beer: Savvy, confirming the penguins and clubs on today:)

    1 x ASDA British Whole Milk 4 Pints (2.27L) £1.00 £1.39 (who put the milk up:eek:)
    2 x Pepsi (8x330ml) £4.00 £2.00
    1 x Jacob's Club Bars - Orange (8x22.5g) £1.00 £0.79
    2 x Heinz Classic Cream of Tomato Soup (400g) £1.78 £1.78
    1 x Heinz Classic Vegetable Soup (400g) £0.89 £0.89
    1 x McVitie's Penguin Bars (9x24g) £1.00 £0.74
    1 x Branston Baked Beans (4x410g) £2.00 £1.25

Better comp vt though for the soup, doesnt look like the veg one is in the 3 for £2 but still compares cheaper:)

    2 x Heinz Classic Cream of Tomato Soup (400g) £1.78 £1.33
    1 x Heinz Classic Vegetable Soup (400g) £0.89 £0.67

Thanks. And, oh and thanks for the Branston Beans too!:T

That's the Penguin original sorted. Don't know why I'm thinking the mint Penguin might be a lot more risky?

I 'know' the Club bars do work, although I've been sticking with the Club Fruit as oh so slightly cheaper on very small slightly higher weight that shows on them (if msm can be trusted on that:rotfl:) and also because I prefer fruit version.

I reckon it's likely a mix-up between the Pepsi cans pack and the 2L bottle. Wonder if Pepsi Regular (2L) is currently comparing to M at £4:rotfl::rotfl::eek:?

    This:

    Store_1.15px.png£1.98

Bit of a further  there, as M's offer due to end today (but we know that will continue in the APG a little beyond today). I think we knew this would end with the next price collection anyway. Monday morning should be fine - Monday afternoon probably will be too, and then I can see lots of us buying into Tuesday and many of us getting results of vs £4 at Morries:eek::eek:. Don't do it folks - if you are getting it/them (or more of them), get them sooner rather than later - else you are doing your money if you aren't knowing when to stop:(.

It's very very tempting - the price on the Pepsi 2L (two litre:):):D - Coca Cola eat your heart out:p) itself what used to be a fairly good 5p/100ml (until I found the Elite:D). Worked out that the cans are costing about 68p per 2L - a very good price!:D So, no false economy buying cans, yes cans!:D, that many want as they refuse:wall: to buy bottles. Your refusal this time - :T:T:j.
[Edit: milk's 'always' been £1.39 for Morries - theirs is on offer of 3 for £3. I've been cursing my muggles on wombles for months and months whenever they've bought milk, as they nearly always fail to buy 3 and compares to M at much more expensive - they usually get the optimum number, 2:wall:, that loses me even more:mad::(. It's versus T or S only. And it's the 6pint ones work out verrrrrrry slightly cheaper per pint than the 4pint.]

Did I not read the other day mimi you are 11 11 now unless you are 4 ft 3 ;) ease off yourself ;) . Honestly from your posts previously I reckoned you where about 16 stone or more.

Hahaha, it was mainly the double chin (or should that be a triple chin even!) and the huge tummy (I can still slip into a 30w) which has kicked me into touch. I think I will be happy if I can get it down to 11 st or a bit less.

I'm happy to say that I actually started the water only challenge early on Monday and I have not had a tiny bit of pop or anything for that matter. Woohoo! Is anyone else doing the H2ONLY challenge or is it just me?

Hope you have all had a good day. Back to work tomorrow and it looks like it's going to chuck it down and all. Doh. Time to pack my work bag. See you all later.

    Evening peeps. :)

I'm back! What's happening? Any glitches?

I've been in hospital lately having a few tests done and the docs have come to the conclusion is that I have Parkinsons Disease!
Early stages, so hopefully they can stop it getting any worse with medicines. Hay ho, life is always sent to try us.
